Full Mistica Ltd – Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a UK-based business, our policies are designed to be fair and fully compliant with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. 30-Day Return Period You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Labels: If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
3. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Under UK law, you have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned:
Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, or plants.
Personal Care: Beauty products or intimate items (for hygiene reasons).
Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
Sale Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
5. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling Off Period) In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, if your merchandise is being shipped to the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. This period starts from the day you receive your goods.
6. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
