Full Mistica Ltd – Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Full Mistica Ltd. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Domestic Shipping Policy (UK)
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed the same or next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout if applicable.
Courier: We use EVRI Standard for all domestic deliveries. All products have FREE shipping.
Estimated Transit Time: Once processed, orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days.
Total Delivery Time: Please note that the total time to receive your order is the sum of the processing time plus the transit time.
2. Shipping Restrictions
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Service Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, factors outside of our control (such as courier strikes or seasonal peaks) may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you via email if a significant delay is expected.
3. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the courier's system.
If you have not received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hi@fullmistica.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
4. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hi@fullmistica.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will work towards a satisfactory solution.
